My Story...

Welcome! I’m Jillyan Schmidt, and I’m the proud owner of an in-home bakery dedicated entirely to gluten-free baking.

This journey began in 2017 when my youngest son was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. From that moment on, it became my mission to ensure he never felt left out—especially when it came to food. I wanted him to be able to enjoy the same treats other kids did, without sacrificing taste or texture.

Like many families, we tried countless gluten-free brands and recipes. Most of the time, it ended the same way: one bite, a disappointed face, and another expensive product we couldn’t use. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I began experimenting with gluten-free flours and recipes, determined to create baked goods my son would actually enjoy. Over time, not only did he love them, but so did my other two kids—often without even realizing they were gluten-free!

What started as a way to support my family has grown into something much bigger. It brings me so much joy to now share these treats with you and your family. Whether you’re navigating Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, or simply choosing a gluten-free lifestyle, I hope my baked goods bring comfort, joy, and deliciousness to your table.
